Tom Schroeder, born in 1974, is a serial entrepreneur and investor. He began his business journey in 1999 during his business administration studies in Cologne. Over the years, he launched, acquired, and sold various companies. His major venture was the Wishcard Group, where he sold a majority stake to Oakley Capital's private equity fund by mid-2021. Post this, Tom shifted to a pure investment role, founding the FIL Bros. family office. This office focuses on entrepreneurial ventures, including investments in CdM Cantiere delle Marche, supporting Aerofoils GmbH (an Audi AG spin-off), and developing luxury real estate in Mallorca.
